Community Alert offers three flexible medical alert system options to meet different needs and budgets — all designed for ease of use, safety, and peace of mind.
Basic Care -
Simple & Cost-Effective
Basic Care is designed for independent individuals who want straightforward emergency protection without ongoing fees. With a one-time device purchase and no monthly cost, the system connects directly to local 911 and provides two-way voice communication through the device. Auto-fall detection is included, but users must be able to announce their name and location to emergency services. This plan is ideal for those seeking reliable, no-frills emergency support and peace of mind.
Advanced Care -
Family Member Monitoring
Adds an extra layer of connection by keeping loved ones informed at all times. When the button is pressed or a fall is detected, alert calls or text notifications can be sent to local 911 and/or designated family members in the order the user chooses. When contacting local 911, users are required to identify themselves and their location.
Up to six family members can be programmed to receive fall alerts and/or notifications when the emergency button is pressed. Family members also have the ability to ping the device at any time to check the user’s location, providing added reassurance and peace of mind.
Premier Care -
Professional 24/7 Monitoring
Provides the highest level of protection with 24/7 live monitoring by highly trained central station advisor who are ready to respond at any moment. Advisors have instant access to the user’s identity, GPS location, and critical medical history, allowing them to quickly assess the situation and dispatch the appropriate help without delay. This level of insight ensures faster, more accurate emergency response, especially when the user is unable to speak or provide details.
With Premier Care, help is coordinated seamlessly—emergency services, family members, or caregivers are contacted based on personalized response instructions. This comprehensive, professional monitoring delivers unmatched peace of mind, knowing that experienced professionals are always watching out for you and ready to act when every second counts.
