By using our website, purchasing a device, or subscribing to monitoring services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
- Our Services
We provide medical alert devices and 24/7 monitoring designed to help connect users to emergency assistance.
We are not a medical provider and do not provide medical advice or guarantee emergency response times. Our Services do not replace 911 or professional medical care.
Service performance may be affected by power outages, cellular disruptions, equipment malfunction, or other factors beyond our control.
- Device Use
You agree to:
- Use the device according to instructions
- Keep devices charged and properly maintained
- Test equipment as recommended
- Provide accurate emergency contact information
Fall detection and GPS features (if included) are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.
- Emergency Response
When an alert is activated, we will attempt to communicate with you and may contact emergency services or your designated contacts if necessary.
You authorize us to share relevant information with emergency responders.
- Fees and Payment
Monitoring services require recurring subscription payments. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method until cancellation.
Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
- Cancellation
You may cancel by contacting customer support. Equipment must be returned if required under your plan. Refunds, if applicable, follow your service agreement.
- Limited Warranty
Devices are covered by a limited warranty for defects under normal use for one-year. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three (3) months prior to the claim.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party emergency responders or telecommunications providers.
- Privacy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
- Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
